Device Inspection
All devices will undergo an initial inspection and diagnosis by our technicians to identify the problem. The final repair cost and required parts will be determined after the inspection process.
Customer Approval
Repair work will only begin after receiving approval from the customer regarding the estimated service cost and necessary parts replacement.
Repair Time
The time required to complete the repair may vary depending on the type of device, complexity of the issue, and availability of spare parts. An estimated service completion time will be provided after diagnosis.
Use of Replacement Parts
Againcart Service Center uses high-quality and genuine replacement parts whenever available to ensure reliable performance and long-lasting repair results.
Service Warranty
Limited warranty may be provided for specific repairs or replaced parts. The warranty terms and duration will be clearly mentioned at the time of service completion.
Data Responsibility
Customers are strongly advised to back up all important data before submitting their devices for servicing. Againcart Service Center will not be responsible for any data loss during the repair process.
Device Collection
Customers are requested to collect their repaired devices within the specified time after receiving notification. Additional storage charges may apply if the device is not collected within a reasonable period.
Liability
Againcart Service Center handles all devices with proper care and professionalism. However, the company will not be responsible for any pre-existing damage or internal faults caused by the device's condition.
